We enforce SSL everywhere and store data on encrypted hard disks. When you host your site on Mame your site automatically using SSL with Let's Encrypt.
Where is my data stored?
We store data only on European servers (Falkenstein, Aachen and Nuremberg in Germany), which are encrypted and the access is limited.
What data do you store?
We store as little personal data as possible. For example we only store personal information for billing and invoices purposes on different servers. if you are a free user, except your mail and encrypted password (Please use one password per service!) nothing personal is stored. Read more in the Privacy Policy.
Who has access to my data?
Your personal data is not shared with any third parties or made publicly available, except you explicitly agree with it or it's required for a feature. For example public store accounts use non-personal profile information you supplied.
Is Mame available all the time?
For the builder we target an up time of over 99.9 %. For websites hosted on Mame even 99.99 %. For the paid tiers we offer a SLA for up time critical websites. If you have trouble connecting check the status page.
